British Columbia and Alberta Charter Flights and Air Taxi Operations

Lawrence Aviation has been providing top quality aviation services throughout Western Canada and the USA for over a decade. Our Air Taxi and Aircraft Charter operations utilize a broad spectrum of aerodromes throughout British Columbia, Alberta and the Yukon from small gravel airstrips to major international airports. Lawrence Aviations has extensive experience supporting British Columbia and Alberta's natural resource industries including transport of supplies and personnel. Aerial survey and mapping of our forests and wildlife is a vital element in the management of our natural resources for both industrial and recreational use. 

The mountains, valleys and lakes of British Columbia create an extraordinary natural beauty that is best appreciated and accessed from the air. Our pilots are mountain experts who ensure that our charter and air taxi flights are not just convenient but also a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Pilot Training

One of Lawrence Aviations proudest services is to share the wonder of flight with others. Flight training opens up a new world of recreation and travel. There is no better way to explore and appreciate our incredible province then in an aircraft. When our flight school students earn their wings it is nothing less than a life altering experience that they can share with their friends and family.

International Student Training

Many foreign students come to Canada each year as an economical and efficient way to complete their pilot training. The lower cost of aircraft and airport fees make Canada an attractive choice for commercial pilot training. Our airports and airspace are much less crowded allowing for a more efficient and less stressful training environment. The Canadian Commercial Pilot License (CPL) may be used as a basis for applying for other foreign pilot licenses. Recreational flying in Canada is an experience that is hard to match in other parts of the world. Our open skies and great scenery enhance the thrill of flight. Lawrence Aviation has had many years of experience training foreign students for the Canadian Private Pilot License (PPL) or Recreational Pilot Permit (RPP). For those who want to have a "flying vacation" the RPP can be finished in as little as two weeks. After you finish the training our school has rental aircraft that may be used on other visits or the Canadian license may be used to acquire a pilot license in your home country.  

Sightseeing Flights

Some of the most extraordinary natural beauty of British Columbia can be found in the Chilcotin and Cariboo regions. We will fly you from the Williams Lake Airport or Springhouse Airpark to the spectacular regions of the Chilcotin/Cariboo, from the Glacier crowned peaks of the Coastal Mountains to the lush valleys and lakes of the Cariboo Mountain and Rocky Mountain wilderness. The term sightseeing does no justice to the spectacle of being eye witness to BC's amazing waterfalls, extraordinary wildlife, vast forests and awe inspiring mountain ranges.
